Although I didn’t get the chance to visit the 2010 Arnold Classic I made sure to watch the replay of the finals at Bodybuilding.com . I had the top 6 picked easily and almost in exact order. The biggest difference that I saw was that I would have switched Branch Warren with Kai Greene having Branch in 1st & Kai in 3rd. Other than that I feel like the other placings were dead on with Phil Heath in 2nd, Dexter Jackson in 4th, Toney Freeman in 5th & Ronny Rockel in 6th. I’m a big fan of Read more »
The other day I was talking with some friends who’ve known me my entire life, we were discussing the different topics I’ve shared here on my blog. They pointed out to me that the most impressive and inspirational thing to them was how much I’ve improved my physique over the years in the gym. They suggested that I change my Facebook or MySpace default photo to ‘before’ pictures of me. Although I’m not sure yet if I want to look at terrible ‘before’ pics of myself every time I’m online, I don’t mind sharing them here on the blog. I guess when you’ve been pursuing a goal for as long as I’ve been sometimes you forget to look back and appreciate how far you’ve come.
In the photo on the left I weighed 135lbs and on the right 195lbs. The pics were taken several years apart and I can remember people saying back then that I’d never get to where I am now, and now I’m sure that there are people who think I will never get to where I’m going. I really hope that this helps encourage someone who’s trying to make a change in their life. If I did it then so can you.
Here’s a video I shot while Hiking on Thunderbird Mountain in Glendale Arizona.
So i took a little trip out today to go over and meet everyone’s favorite WWE Jamaican wrestler Kofi Kingston. He was extremely nice and was doing both photos and autographs. However the best part of the wait was while a police officer was going over how to display proper line etiquette for the 5th time, a little boy asked him in front of everyone if Kofi was going to win the Royal Rumble. That got a bigger pop than John Cena would at Chuck E Cheese.
Here’s a little video spoof i made on the show Jersey Shore. Hope you like it, PS leave me some comments if ya do
So here’s a look at what used to be my dining room. I never used it so I turned it into a gym, kinda. It’s really more like a stretch out room that I use first thing in the morning. I bought everything here for about $100 except the stepper which I found on sale at GNC a while back. It’s great and I really recommend it to anyone who has an area of space in their home that they don’t use. I love starting off my day being stretched out and with a slight pump, and if you get busy during your day and cant make it to the gym at least you exercised a little bit already.

Monday Jan 4th was the biggest night that pro wrestling has had in years. Both WWE’s Raw and TNA’s Impact dug into their bag of tricks to start off the new year with a bang. For those who are not as familiar with wrestling or the significance of what happened on Monday night let me try to bring you up to speed. If you can imagine for a minute that your watching your favorite show Desperate Housewives, and on the same night at the same time your other favorite show American Idol comes on. Not only is Idol on at the same time but the judges are Eva Longoria, Teri Hatcher and Marcia Cross. Then back over on Housewives who should appear but Paula Abdul who hooks up with everybody’s husband and gets pregnant by one of them. What would you do, which would you watch. Now you see the dilemma.
So as a fan of wrastlin for many years I’d just like to share my thoughts on what transpired on Monday Read more »
