Note: A1 and A2 are done with no rest in between the exercises the same goes for B1 and B2.
OK everyone this is my first training post and I need to know if its easy to understand. That means whoever is reading this and I don’t care if its my mom, dad, cat or myspace stalker, just let me know in a comment if the photo is easy to follow if you wanted to perform this workout? Tomorrow I will show you what one of my food logs looks like.

Nice guns
Are you going to participate in that body building competition?
oh and you better NOT forget about CSF…i live off that site!!! LOL
Think it’ll depend how much ppl reading it know about lifting. I know a little more than nothing, so I can kind of figure out what’s happening. A1 is a bit tough compared to the others. But someone who’s never been to the gym might not see what’s what.
Workouts seem pretty intense. Looks like a cool blog.
Keep it up!
Don’t often find things on the net that I like… being a musician and DJ I’m quite picky… thanks for your post! Enjoyed it…
Keep running during your practice but lift every muscle group. Lift for strength and run for endurance thats what my xc team does. Lift upper body, lower body, and do core workouts.
