So one year ago today Buffblogger.com was born. It actually seems like forever ago to me because so much has happened in my life since then. I’ve relocated my home half way across the country,I put on some great size in the gym & I gave the site a face lift. I still feel like I’ve just barely scratched the surface in great ideas for this site, hopefully some of you have enjoyed the crazy videos & photos I’ve posted so far. I promise that this is just the beginning and I cant wait to bring you another year of great fitness entertainment.
