Defeating the up & comming BushWiggers at BeachSlam proved once again why they top the charts. There’s no doubt that the BushWiggers show potential to be a real threat to the titles in the future but the devious ways of the champions were just to much for them to handle this time around. CWF InterUnited champion 2 Toke Tommy Dam was defeated by the Gringo Warrior when Vladimir the Supper Fan (in Gringo’s corner) accidentally poked 2 Toke in the eye with his foam finger & Gringo covered him for the win. 2 Toke is no stranger to controversy himself being suspended many times for disorderly conduct, will his wrap sheet prevent him from a rematch for the title?

The grudge Match of the century between The Roman Boy Julius Flairius & The Savage Surgeon Dr. Poffo was one for the ages. The dirtiest Roman in Greece was up to his old tricks when the referee’s back was turned,but Dr Poffo saw through them like an x-ray.The Savage Surgeon proved victorious in this epic encounter,now with his archrival removed you’ve got to believe his sights are set on some CWF gold but who’s will it be?

It was the first Walk the Plank match in CWF history & one that will not be soon forgotten. HardHat Terry Blunder finally got his hands on hands on Swaschbucklin Scott Hallow and made him pay for stealing his heavyweight title. Blunder locked Scotts hand in a treasure box & threw him off the plank into the black water below. Will we ever see Swashbucklin Scott again or is he sunk for good?

Once upon a time yours truly was a smoker,in fact I smoked a pack a day for about 6 years. I always remembered telling myself I could quit whenever I wanted and that I just didn’t want to yet lol. I basically smoked from the time I was in Middle School (14yrs old) until after High School.

I’ve heard many stores about how others have quit smoking over the years and I still think mine is possibly one of the most unorthodox & funny ways possible. Let me try and set the scene for you but keep in mind I’m 19yrs old at this time and had just graduated High School (which took me 5 years cause I was a delinquent). So some friends and I are drinking it up in Canada on a Saturday evening (cause it’s legal to drink there at 19 & I lived in MI which was close by) and we’re hitting up 3 or 4 bars just pounding drinks like rockstars. Did I mention that I only weigh about 130lbs back then so my limit wasn’t much however that didn’t seem to register. After closing down every bar in sight the only thing on my mind is food & lots of it, the Kielbasa stand on the corner has to be a good idea right? The events following 2 giant sausages at 3am I will never forget but can hardly remember. Well have you ever seen that guy hanging his head out the window of the car cruising down the expressway spewing a lovely new racing stripe all over it,yup all the way home. Next thing I remember is waking up to the sound of birds chirping while still sitting in the pasanger seat of my friends car with the sun shining in my eyes, can I party or what?

WEIGHT GAINER OF YEAR – MHP UP YOUR MASS  I’ve recently become a big fan of this product for several reasons. It’s a great post workout due to it’s carb source being from barley, oats and oat fiber which get into your body quickly & used properly to replenish. Also I like that it’s over 500 cal per serving & only 4 regular sized scoops (132 g) it also tastes good, kinda like oats. Available Here

READY TO DRINK – IDS NEW WHEY LIQUID PROTEIN There’s many amazing RTD’s out there however these tubes of liquid protein are one of the best creations ever. CREATINE  – ALL AMERICAN EFX KRE-ALKALYN Honestly I’ve sorta scaled back on Creatine over the past few years however this is the most recent one I’ve used. WOW 2 Years old already! Time flys when your a Buffblogger. This past year I’ve made so many great friends in the fitness industry through Facebook,Twitter & via my show BuffTalk. I truly appreciate my new friends and hope that everyone is enjoying the information I’m sharing through my blog. I’d just like to thank anyone who takes the time to check out my videos,pictures & posts. I have so many exciting ideas that I’m working on for the blog this year that I cant wait to share with you.

I’m proud to share with you that it’s been officially over 1 year since I’ve eaten anything from a McDonalds, or TacoBell & KFC for that matter. It’s no secret to anyone that it’s terrible food for you and serves your body almost no real nutritional value, however there are 2 things in particular that made me swear it off for life. That’s probably crazy to some people to hear someone say that they’ve decided that they’ll never eat at Mickey D’s again in their entire life but let me tell you a little story about my last meal served to me from those golden arches. I remember the day well it was a Friday in Feb 2010 and I’d just dropped off a friend at the airport and decided to grab a few cheeseburgers & some fries on my way home. Shortly after eating my meal I suddenly felt tired and decided to take a little nap. When I woke up several hours later is when the real fun began that would last over the next FOUR DAYS! Obviously I lost that meal but the fun didn’t end there,let’s just say that the amount of force used to get it out was felt all the way down to my you know where. I’ll spare you some of the the other details but I assure you it was a sickness that I haven’t felt ever in my life. I layed on the couch for 2 days only able to run to the bathroom in between my hot & cold flashes. I was trembling one minute and sweating the next, it was terrible. It wasn’t until Monday that I was finally able to eat again and get back to my life.

Now some may say how can I be sure that it was the Mickey D’s that caused this and I can give you 2 reasons. First the only thing that I’d had to eat the day this began was a protein shake mixed in water and secondly once I recovered I felt like I was fine, unlike when you have a cold or flu. Now coincidentally not long after this I happened to see a movie hopefully most of you are aware of called Food Inc, and that’s when the true anger set in for how much I despise McDonalds as a restaurant & a company. If you’ve seen it you know what I’m saying and if not then stop whatever it is your doing right now and watch this F’n movie!!! I’m not exaggerating when I tell you that I think it’s one of the most important movies I’ve watched in my life. With all this being said I think you can understand where I’m coming from when I say that I WILL NEVER EAT AT MCDONALDS AGAIN Now I’m sure that a lot of you reading this are friends of mine in the fitness world or via Facebook so I’d love to know in the comments below how long you have been clean from Fast Food or any similar stories as well as your thoughts on the movie Food Inc.
