When you’ve been a gym rat for 10 years it’s not often that you discover a new machine at the gym anymore. However, today I did. It’s the Gravity Crunch machine and it’s awesome! So you pretty much do the leg raise crunch and it’s weighted. I love it! Try 3 sets of 20 reps with 20 lbs on it, oh yeah!!
