I just got home from being outta town for the holidays and I thought I’d give you a peek at what I stopped at the store for. This will hold me over until I get a chance to hit up Costco tomorrow.

buff, im one of bk’s friends….ive stopped training but ready to get back into it…working a ton of overtime is why i stopped….o/t is ending so my schedule is going to open way up….ive added 15 unwanted pounds but i’m also golfing a ton and now down to an 8 handicap….i want to lean down again, but want to stay away from heavy lifting….can u help me out, diet and regimen recommended….i can do cardio and bike ride as im in dallas year round…i just dont want to sacrifice my golf swing with any extra bulk…i’m also 44 yrs old so im starting to creak around the edges…any advice, the help would be much appreciated….thx again
