As a fan of competitive bodybuilding for the past 10 years now I have to tell you that I’m very excited to attend my first Mr Olympia contest this year. When I first opened a Flex magazine back in 2001 it was all about Ronnie & Jay, now some 10 years later Jay is still on top but there’s a flock of serious new contenders. Jay was instantly a favorite of mine from day one and now with many of his dvd’s in my collection it’s safe to say Jay has been a huge inspiration to Buffblogger.
In recent years I’ve started to appreciate a few of the young bucks just as much as vets like Jay & Dex. Phil Heath & Victor Martinez have become favorites of mine and it’s been great to see them improve over the years and really become contenders for the title. Like any fan I like to try and guess what order they will place in live during the show.
