1) Protein (Dymatize-Elite) This is you basic Whey protein that I usually take first thing in the morning and pre-training.

2) Protein (Cytogainer-Cytosport) This is a weight gainer protein with a lot more carbs and calories. I usually use post-training.

3) Glutamine (Dymatize) This is your basic L-Glutamine,  I usually take about 4 tablespoons throughout the day. 1 in the morning, 2 post-training and 1 before bed.

4) Multivitamin (Poliquin) This is the 2 a day Multivitamin that I use. I take one in the morning and 1 before bed.

5) Omega 3 Oil (Poliquin) This is the Omega 3 aka fish oil that I use. I usually take about 3 teaspoons throughout the day using half teaspoons with every meal except post-training.

6) ZMA (ISS) This is the Zinc and Magnesium combo that I use and I take 3 before bed.

7) Waximaze (IDS) This is an extra way to get complex carbs so its great for leaner athletes to use during traning. I usually drink one scoop during my workout.

8 ) Pre-Workout (Evolution Labs-Xlevol) This is the  pre-workout supplement that I currently use. I usually change pre- workout supplements every few months but this one has worked ok.

9) Caffeine (No Fear) I wouldn’t consider this a supplement as much as just a habit that’s developed in all my years of training. This is the one I like at the moment but it changes a lot. My all time favorite is YJ Stinger Sinful Citrus but I cant find it anywhere anymore. So if anyone from stacker2 ever reads this let me know how I can get some more :)
