So all the Meatheads who train up at my Buddy BK’s gym “Pow(r)Performance” decided to all get together on Saturday to have a little fun (aka – a Meathead Marathon). The only objective was to lift and enjoy some good old fashioned comradery. We had everyone from old Veterans to Young Bucks to Newbies. We had several stations set up and you could simply jump in on whatever you pleased. Everything from Deadlifting, Squatting, Overhead Presses, Tire flips, Truck Pulls to Keg throws. The day was followed by some BBQ back at BK’s crib, I honestly can’t think of a better way to spend a Saturday.
