Recognizing these people in your life could honestly make or break your results.
Personally, for me it wasn’t identifying people who were affecting my diet but my lifestyle, in regards to drinking, smoking & partying.
Once I realized that my goals for my physique would never be possible if I continued being around these people it made the decision much easier.
It can be difficult for some though. These people are often your friends, family & co-workers. So adjusting your life so that they are not interfering with your goals can be tricky.
For me it simply comes down to the goal I have set for myself & not allowing anything or anyone to interfere with it.
If you consistently jump in & out of dieting, and get easily tempted by the diet wreckers around you. Then set a very clear & specific goal for yourself, remember it every day, and make the changes necessary to reach it.
